Interfaith harvest seeks unity

Many beliefs will work on Labor Day

Over 200 people from diverse faith traditions will come together on Labor Day to promote community and generosity by serving together on an organic farm.
The fourth annual Labor Day Harvest will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Mon., Sept. 2 the Abundant Table Farm, 1012 W. Ventura Blvd., Camarillo.
People from all faiths as well as those who don’t observe a particular religion will work together to harvest fresh vegetables for local food pantries and tend the nonprofit organic farm.
