Twenty-one dogs and 51 cats went up for adoption at the Agoura Animal Shelter after Los Angeles County officials seized them from an unsanitary kennel on Aug. 19.
The animals were removed from an unlicensed rescue facility in the unincorporated area of Agua Dulce. A total of 100 dogs and 200 cats were taken and divided among six county shelters.
