Bob Kahn, a three-term Oak Park Unified School District (OPUSD) boardmember and Oak Park resident since the late 1970s died on Monday. He was 73. He was facing reelection on Tuesday.
Kahn was a member of the board of education since 1989. He was instrumental in developing and constructing the seven-school district that now serves about 3,700 students. Oak Park schools constantly earn high scores in statewide student achievement tests...
