The city of Agoura Hills will host the sixth annual Reyes Adobe Days (RAD) on Oct. 1, 2 and 3 at the Reyes Adobe Historical Site, 5464 Reyes Adobe Road, Agoura Hills.
The three-day citywide festival features the best of California culture, past and present.
Oct. 1 is Fiesta at the Adobe, a senior luncheon featuring Mexican food, entertainment, an art gallery and free tours of the period adobe home and museum.
The event is $8 by reservation only. Individuals and groups may call (818) 597- 7361 to attend or reserve a table. Tickets are available until the event sells out.
After dark, the public can attend “Night at the Adobe,” showcasing the historical site by candlelight with a wine and beer tasting as well as a preview of the weekend’s art expo.
The festival will begin with a parade at 10 a.m. Oct. 2 with Grand Marshals Barry and Wes Van Dyke.
Events will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday with free children’s activities, art gallery, adobe tours, food and entertainment.
A Horse Play Day is scheduled for 9 a.m. Sunday.
