Hybrid CERT classes teach emergency skills

The Ventura County Fire Department and the Federal Emergency Management Agency have joined to assist county residents with disaster preparedness education and training by offering a hybrid community emergency response team course.
The free, bilingual program offers an alternative option for the traditional in-person classroom based training.
