Hugo’s restaurant opens in Agoura Hills

Hugo’s restaurant has recently opened at Whizin Market Square, 28914 Roadside Drive, Agoura Hills. The 31-year-old Hugo’s has locations in West Hollywood and Studio City.

The restaurant is known for its power breakfasts and family-style “stealthy healthy” menu.

Hugo’s features chilaquiles, oatmeal fritatta, breakfast salad, eggs Benedict, sausage made in-house, organic eggs and handpicked coffee beans.

The menu includes tika masala vegetable patties, pasta Victor, very green casserole, ginseng chicken soup, pasta carbonara and a variety of burgers.

Hugo’s builds its menu on freshness, sustainability and locally sourced foods. The restaurant makes almost everything from scratch using whole foods.

The chefs do not use white flour or white salt, only gluten-free and organic condiments. Pastas and pastries are made fresh daily.

Items are available for meateaters, vegans and gluten-free dieters.

The 120-seat facility, with views of Ladyface Mountain, was designed by local resident Eddy Bitton with natural lighting, fountains and an enclosed solarium. A full service bar is available.

Hugo’s restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
