Facing pressure by the state, local cities grapple with demand for new homes

LIVING SPACES—Agoura Hills residential housing stock needs to increase by 318 units over the next eight years, the state says. Higher home prices fueled by the pandemic, low interest rates and a seeming lack of supply are making it increasingly difficult for young families to put down roots in the area.
