The Westlake Village City Council is back to full strength.
Voters reelected Ned Davis for a third term and chose newcomer Kelly Honig to fill a seat that had been left vacant since March with the departure of former Councilmember Philippa Klessig.
Nearly 22 percent of the city’s 6,012 registered voters cast ballots. Davis finished with 914 votes (44 percent) while Honig received 732 votes (35 percent). Challenger William Kehaly came in third with 423 votes (20 percent).
