Home-invasion robbers strike midday in Calabasas



Three men forced their way into a home in the Greater Mulwood area of Calabasas Aug. 6 and attacked two young adults who were inside.
The incident on Charlestown Drive occurred in the middle of the afternoon, Sgt. Michael Maher of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Major Crimes Bureau said.
The men knocked and rang the doorbell, and when one of the residents opened the door they forced their way in.
