Hebrew students explore culinary creativity

SHARP CHEFS- Youths in Annie Vardi's confirmation class at Temple Aliyah in Woodland Hills recently serve as chefs and servers at Cena to Go in the Fallbrook Mall, speaking to each other and to patrons in only in Hebrew as a unique way to learn the language. Some of the chefs pose with Rabbi Stewart Vogel, center, prior to preparing plates of hummus, pita and Israeli pickles.
