Heal the land



The wounds of nature reflect the suffering of our own human race and there is a dire need for healing on all levels that must be attended to.
I see this in many places, even here in the town of Oak Park. The creek that threads through and weaves our land together is full of discarded debris. The foothills are lined with plastic bottles and fast food cups.
And the trees of Medea Creek Natural Park, the sacred oak trees and namesake of our home, are being lacerated and left in helpless vulnerabil...
