The Agoura Hills City Council made the right decision on clean energy.
Local city councils, like ours, can often serve as incubators of good ideas that will be a benefit to our community and our state.
Since we incorporated nearly 40 years ago, I can think of at least three ideas, all very controversial, that were in our best interest.
