Good move by city banning gas

The Agoura Hills City Council made the right decision on clean energy.
Local city councils, like ours, can often serve as incubators of good ideas that will be a benefit to our community and our state.
Since we incorporated nearly 40 years ago, I can think of at least three ideas, all very controversial, that were in our best interest.
The City Council banned new wooden shake shingle roofs after a disastrous 1982 wildfire.
Agoura Hills banned the construction of new billboards and tall pole sign...
