Elaine Freeman, a board member of the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District, has been elected to the California Special Districts Association’s 18-member board of directors.
She is one of three directors representing CSDA region five, an area that covers Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties. Freeman was elected to a three-year term, which ends in 2015, in an election conducted by mail in August.
