Former resident remembered



James Lee Startzell, a native of Sprankle Mills, Pa. and resident of Westlake Village from 1972-1994 who was active in the Thousand Oaks Kiwanis, died last month at Montgomery General Hospital, near his home in Silver Springs, Maryland. He was 83. Burial was at Arlington National Cemetery on Feb. 15.
