HOOP DREAMS—At left, the Venom is champion of the 2017 San Gabriel Valley Aloha Challenge tournament. The team went 5-0 in the tourney that was played at the American Sports Center in Anaheim. The boys beat Open Gym Premier 41-26 in the championship game to take home the trophy. The Venom is an U-11 AAU club basketball team comprising players from Calabasas, Westlake Village and Agoura Hills.

Below, the Westlake 101 Rams Junior Pee Wee team beat Palos Verdes 34-6 to win the league Super Bowl. The Ramsfinished the year 9-1 by defeating the only team they had lost to in the regular season.
