Torch runners carry the message for Special Olympics World Games

COMPETITION FOR ALL—The Flame of Hope, the official torch for the 2015 Special Olympics World Games in Los Angeles, makes its way through Calabasas. Athletes take turns holding the torch as city and law enforcement officials and World Games representatives speak in front of City Hall.
