Five candidates, three seats


The Agoura Hills City Council election in November will feature a mix of candidates—two incumbents and three challengers—vying for three seats. One of the seats is open following an earlier announcement by Mayor Bill Koehler that he would not seek reelection.

The incumbents hoping to serve four more years on the panel are Harry Schwarz, who was first elected to the panel in 2005 after years of service as a city planning commissioner, and six-term City Councilmember Denis Weber.
