Fires are reason enough to stop the building

Apparently the Woolsey fire failed to make an adequate impression on the members of the Agoura Hills City Council, who are still stonewalling and refusing to impose a building moratorium on Agoura Village while reviewing obsolete plans conceived more than a decade ago.
Cal Fire estimates the total acreage of fires from 2013 through 2018 at 5,395,088 acres, which means that roughly 5.4% percent of the entire state has burned in just the past five years.
Fires destroyed the entire town of Paradise...
