RUNOFF— Walkers stroll around Malibou Lake as life returns to normal in the months following the Woolsey fire. The man-made lake, which was built in 1922, often receives unwanted silt and debris from Malibu Creek and other streams that feed into it. Recent fire and rainstorms have muddied the waters (right).
