Film about safety for people on autism spectrum



“Be Safe The Movie,” a 60-minute film made by and for teens and adults with autism spectrum disorder and similar disabilities, will be screened from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wed., June 3 at 30345 Canwood St. in Agoura Hills.
The Conejo Valley Friendship Circle will host the free interactive screening.
The film, co-produced by Joey Travolta and Emily Iland, the mother of a young man with autism, shows young adults with disabilities how to interact safely with police and deputies.
