Fewer coyotes lead to more rabbits



Regarding your article concerning coyotes, I am glad the City of Calabasas does not kill or trap them any more. We could use more of them in my neighborhood.
I have not seen any for years. The result is rabbits, a lot of them. Useless to try to grow any kind of vegetable, low-growing fruit or even flowers. And they not only eat the grass, their droppings must contain some kind of acid that kills the rest of the grass.
I spend about $20 a month for spray to keep the rabbits away, but that stuff...
