An attempt to make an exception to Measure H, the controversial 2002 zoning law preventing big box retail stores in Agoura Hills, has been delayed until at least next March.
A referendum planned for the November ballot would have relaxed Measure H and allowed an upscale fashion mall with a possible Neiman Marcus store to be built on Agoura Road.
