The American Heart Association (AHA) is inviting women ages 25 and older across the country to join its new free program, Choose to Move. The 12-week program helps women increase their daily physical activity level in practical and innovative ways.
Developed by the AHA and the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Choose to Move focuses on three areas — physical activity, nutrition and weight management.
