Educational music center presents children’s entertainment series





The Music Center Education Division’s "Family Saturdays" series runs from Jan. to June with two special programs: "Pillow Theatre" for children 3 to 6 and "Young Arts" for children 5 to 9. "Family Saturdays" programs offer storytellers, puppets, musicians, acting troupes and dancers to make learning fun for children, parents, grandparents and friends.


All series programs are on Saturday mornings, except one "Young Arts" program, "Bill’s New Frock," presented on Sun., April 21 at 2 p.m. Pillow Theatre performances are in the Grand Hall, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion Music Center, 135 N. Grand Ave., Los Angeles. Young Arts performances are in Zipper Hall, Colburn School of Performing Arts, 200 S. Grand Ave., Los Angeles.


Tickets are on sale at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion box office. Single tickets are $7 each; the four-morning program packages are $20 each.
