Driver not guilty in traffic incident that sends Medea Creek student to the hospital

An 11-year-old boy continues to recover after being hit by a vehicle in front of Medea Creek Middle School on Sept. 22. He was transferred from Childrens Hospital in Los Angeles to a rehabilitation center.
In a statement to the school district, the sixth-grader’s family reported that the boy is healing.
