ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVISM—Teresa Norris, Santa Monica Mountains Fund employee, left, and Alex Repko, summer intern, with a cutout photo of a cougar. The fund received more than $1,800 from the Oak Park Unified School District, which ran a “change drive” earlier in the year for a SMMF program. The money will help pay for a radio-tracking collar for a (live) mountain lion.
