District rings in the Golden Bell Award

Las Virgenes Unified School District was selected as one of 56 recipients of the Golden Bell Award in recognition of its Elementary Social Communication program, Superintendent Dan Stepenosky announced.
The Golden Bell Award, now in its 37th year, is sponsored by the California School Boards Association, a nonprofit education association representing elected officials who govern public school districts and county offices of education.
