With Villa Esperanza’s help, Tye Horn has advanced at work


ON THE JOB—Thousand Oaks resident Tye Horn has been an employee at Home Depot for almost 20 years. Horn learned living skills such as budgeting for groceries with help from Villa Esperanza, a nonprofit that provides job training and placement services for the developmentally disabled.
