due to litigation makes no sense
In response to Martin Atkinson-Barr’s letter in the May 6 Acorn, I am appalled. First, the representation of the situation is not true. In the many baseball games I have attended at the Lupin Hill facility, I have never seen anything remotely similar to the behavior described by Mr. Atkinson-Barr. And I am certain that Agoura Pony Baseball would not condone any such activities.
