Voters in Las Virgenes Unified School District returned two incumbents and elected one newcomer to the board of education on Tuesday.
Four candidates ran for three school board seats. The newest member is Dave Moorman, a tireless fundraiser and volunteer for the local public schools.
Incumbents Cindy Iser, a Calabasas attorney, and Gordon Whitehead, an Agoura Hills certified public accountant, captured the highest number of votes.
