The National Science Foundation has ranked Cal State University Northridge (CSUN) as one of the top five colleges and universities in the nation for producing undergraduates who go on to obtain doctoral degrees in science and engineering.
Of 611 masters’ colleges and universities in the U.S., CSUN ranked fifth overall in the number of graduates, 138, who went on to earn doctorates in science and engineering between 1996 and 2000.
