CPA alliance seems dubious

We did not know that some entity called the Clean Power Alliance was taking over our electrical power service, and that the City of Thousand Oaks not only voted for this insanity but chose the “100 percent renewable energy” option, which, of course, does not exist. (Agoura Hills chose 36 percent for its required clean energy purchases.)
Wind and solar are terribly inefficient and untrustworthy, only operating when the sun is shining or the wind is blowing.
