Court to decide Heschel purchase

Officials in Agoura Hills say they are optimistic about prevailing in court against U.S. Bank, which sold the city 71 acres of land next to Old Agoura for less than a third of its expected $2 million value.
The land, which was previously owned by Heschel West Day School, was purchased by the city for $630,000 at a March 2010 auction in Pomona. Agoura Hills was the only bidder.
