Court of Appeal denies Grossman bid to dismiss murder charges

For the second time this week Rebecca Grossman’s defense suffered a major blow in trying to get evidence and criminal charges against her dismissed.

The 59-year-old co-founder of the Grossman Burn Foundation could go to trial as early as February on second-degree murder and other charges stemming from the September 2020 deaths of brothers Mark and Jacob Iskander, whom she struck with her car in a Westlake Village crosswalk.
