Costs of senior housing a Calabasas concern

Many residents of Calabasas Village Mobile Estates at 23777 Mulholland Highway in Cala-basas say they'll struggle to afford a Jan. 1 rent increase of 8 percent. The Calabasas City Council voted unanimously last week to adopt an interim two-year senior voucher program that would give about $75 to $100 a month to each qualified senior citizen or disabled person in need.
The rent will be raised at the mobile home park because of a previous lease...
