Cops say speed caused traffic fatality



Excessive speed—estimated at 89 to 91 mph—was the cause of the fatal collision that killed Gregory "Chase" Arnett, Jr., 13, on July 10, police said. The speed limit was posted at 35 mph. Chase died at the scene as a result of head trauma.
