It’s “Stetsons off” to Neal Scribner and Stasia Simrall, this year’s Conejo Valley Historical Society’s Don and Doña Triunfo, a tradition dating back to 1965.

Each year, the honor goes to one man and one woman who have showed extraordinary volunteerism in the community, the society said.
