The board of directors of the Conejo Free Clinic in Thousand Oaks recently appointed Teresa Seeley as the clinic’s executive director, effective immediately.

Seeley succeeds Sharron Baird, co-founder and former executive director. Baird retired from the clinic on Dec. 31, 2008, after 32 years of service.

Seeley joined the clinic in 1995 as a volunteer. She became a paid staff member four months later, supporting Baird as her administrative assistant.

In 2008, Seeley was promoted to director of operations and was responsible for the dayto-day running of the clinic.

Since 1976, the Conejo Free Clinic has provided quality health care and legal services to people who may have no other access to such care, without regard to ability to pay.
