Commercial cannabis cultivation will be on Ventura County ballot



Ventura County voters will decide this November whether to allow companies to grow, process, distribute and sell cannabis wholesale within the unincorporated areas of the county.

The Board of Supervisors approved the petition-backed initiative by a 4-1 vote, with Supervisor Bob Huber, representing Simi Valley and Moorpark, dissenting.
