The Acorn reminds readers that daylight saving time begins this weekend everywhere in the U.S. except Arizona and Hawaii.
Don’t forget to set clocks forward one hour at 2 a.m. Sun., March 12.
While no daylight is actually saved, the shifting of clocks does allow for more hours of sunlight in the evening.
Remember this daylight saving clock-changing tip: Spring forward, fall back.
DST is also a good time to change clock and smoke detector batteries.
DST will end on Sun., Nov. 5.
