Classics in the Park will present George Bernard Shaw’s “The Doctor’s Dilemma” at 8 p.m. Sat., Aug. 3 and 10, and 2 p.m. Sun., Aug. 4 and 11 outdoors in the courtyard at The Hillcrest Center for the Arts, 403 W. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks.
In his lesser-known satiric masterwork, Shaw skewers the vanities of the medical profession. This 1906 depiction of quacks and unprincipled physicians still resonates today.
