Class is for the birds

 The Conejo Valley Audubon Society, in conjunction with the Conejo Valley Botanic Garden, will offer a series of three classes from 8 to 10 a.m. on bird identification for beginners and introduce attendees to nearby birding locations.
Dee Lyon, longtime birder and conservation chair of CVAS, will present the first class on Sat., March 16 at the botanic garden, 400 W. Gainsborough Road.
