Pursuant to law, the City Planning Commission hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held to consider whether or not the project described below should be approved.
APPLICATION: Site Plan Review No. 01-24 and Oak Tree Permit No. 01-13
REQUEST: To construct a single family residence in the Calabasas Highlands
PROPERTY LOCATION: 3562 Locust Drive
APPLICANT: Sam Malmazada
ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTATION: This application is categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 204(c), Class 3 of the City of Calabasas CEQA Guidelines.
