Cities look to county for guidance on homelessness

Homelessness carries a multitude of stigmas—crime, drug abuse and mental illness, to name a few. A concern locally is that homeless people are migrating from the San Fernando Valley and relocating in the once quiet bedroom communities of Calabasas, Agoura Hills and Westlake Village.
