Chickenpox now a concern at LVUSD




First it was the measles. Now chickenpox is causing a stir at local schools.
Abra Grupp, a parent of a student at Chaparral Elementary School in Calabasas, addressed the Las Virgenes Unified School District Board of Education on March 10 about unvaccinated students who were sent home from school when a student was reported to have come down with chickenpox, also known as varicella.
