The Acorn may be a little inconsistent in its recommendations for Chabad of Oak Park.
In a July 29, 2010, column, The Acorn urged “just a modest increase” to the 70-member maximum occupancy number that the county granted 16 years ago. But just six months ago, the paper recommended a higher number of 127 attendees, the same compromise previously worked out by our the Oak Park Municipal Advisory Council. Does The Acorn believe that going from a maximum of 70 attendees to 127 attendees...
