John Ciet, president of Century 21 Everest, recently announced that Jeffrey Peldon has been named commercial division manager for the company.
Peldon will continue to serve in his current role as residential co-manager of the company’s Simi Valley branch.
“We are excited to have a leader of Jeffrey’s stature heading up this new division, which is in direct response to our recent growth and projected future growth in the commercial real estate space,” Ciet said.
Peldon joined the company earlier this year as an experienced, energetic and knowledgeable real estate executive with significant management experience in commercial and residential real estate.
Formerly, he served as a manager at Rodeo Realty, an owner and team leader at Keller Williams, and a senior vice president/manager at Re/Max.
His skills also include a strong background in technology as well as coaching and business development, which are core components of the Everest culture.
Peldon has an MBA and a JD, which he earned while living in New York before moving to California.
His educational background will be beneficial to clients of Everest, as Peldon assists with negotiating the legal and financial complexities of the commercial real estate market.
“Jeffrey Peldon is a wonderful new addition to a team of highly experienced and qualified leaders,” said Charlene Siemon, general manager of Century 21 Everest. “Our goal is to continue to serve the needs of our local real estate community with a level of service that exceeds expectations.”
