Local cities told they must allow home deliveries



Californians have had access to legal cannabis for over a year, but in many communities the product has been difficult to obtain. A new state law makes acquisition easier by allowing home deliveries.

The law that took effect in January modified existing rules so that cities, which previously controlled every aspect of the commercial cannabis industry within their borders, can no longer ban deliveries to residents.
