The Cancer Support Community Valley/Ventura/Santa Barbara will present the following free programs for people with cancer, cancer survivors and their loved ones.
Ongoing programs, weekly support groups, healthy lifestyle classes and creative expression are also available.

Dinner and Learn: How to Manage Cancer Pain, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tues., Nov. 14.
Alexander Hersel, M.D., and Bradley Spiegel, M.D., of the Pain Management and Injury Relief Medical Center will lead the program.
The talk will cover the types of pain caused by cancer and non-medication-based treatment options available. A free dinner will be provided.
JoyCatchers Tree Trimming Party, from noon to 3 p.m. Tues., Nov. 28. All materials will be provided. Pregistration is required for the workshop.
