Calabasas will have a new city manager by January. Calabasas Mayor Pro Tem Michael Harrison made that announcement during last week’s city council meeting. In a follow-up interview last week, Harrison said he couldn’t give details for legal reasons.
Councilmembers—excluding City Councilwoman Lesley Devine who was absent that day—discussed the issue in closed session before last week’s council meeting.
